Postal Delay/Lost Item

For items which experience postal delays, and are subsequently lost, a refund or replacement will be provided after 4 weeks of no movement for domestic packages, 8 weeks for international packages. A case must also be opened with Etsy. For packages under $250 a refund may be available sooner.

We can not be responsible for any item once marked "delivered" per tracking. Please make sure you have a safe location available for items to be delivered and contact your local post office.

Returns

Returns not accepted on partial quantities or cut chains.

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns of custom sets.

You must contact me prior to shipping any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Is there a concern or discrepancy with your order?

Send us a message within 3 business days of receiving the package. Message must include a picture of all items in the order with original packaging. We are happy to help. Thanks!
